What We Respond To

1. Specification Corrections

Found an error in our database? We take accuracy seriously. Please email us with:

  • Robot model: Full product name
  • Incorrect spec: What field has the wrong data
  • Correct spec: What it should be
  • Source: Link to official datasheet, manual, or manufacturer page

Example format:

Subject: Spec Correction - Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra

Robot: Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra
Incorrect: Suction listed as 8,000Pa
Correct: Suction is 10,000Pa
Source: https://roborock.com/pages/s8-maxv-ultra (official specs section)

We typically respond within 48 hours and update the database within 7 days after verification.

2. New Robot Submissions

Know of a household robot we haven't catalogued? Submit it with:

  • Product name & manufacturer
  • Category: Robot vacuum, lawn mower, pool cleaner, etc.
  • Official product page: Link to manufacturer website
  • Key specs: Any technical data you have (optional but helpful)
  • Launch date/year

We prioritize robots:

  • Available for purchase in the US market
  • Released 2024 or later (we may include older models if still sold)
  • From established manufacturers with verifiable specs

3. Feature Requests

Have an idea for a new comparison dimension, data field, or buying guide filter? Let us know. We especially value requests for:

  • New "Best For" constraint guides (e.g., "Best for shag carpet")
  • Additional technical specifications to track
  • New robot categories (we're considering robot litter boxes, pet feeders, gutter cleaners)
  • Comparison features (e.g., multi-robot compare)

4. Partnership & Press

For business inquiries, press requests, or data licensing, use the same email address with "Partnership" or "Press" in the subject line.

What We Don't Respond To

To manage volume, we cannot respond to:

  • Personal buying advice ("Which robot should I buy?")
  • Troubleshooting support (see our Troubleshooting section instead)
  • Warranty or return questions (contact the manufacturer directly)
  • Promotional requests or guest post pitches
  • Product samples or review units (we use public specs only)

Response Time

We aim to respond to all valid inquiries within:

  • Specification corrections: 48 hours
  • New robot submissions: 7 days (time to research and verify)
  • Feature requests: 14 days (we batch review these monthly)
  • Partnership inquiries: 5 business days

Manufacturer Contact

Are you a robot manufacturer? We welcome:

  • Official specification sheets: Help us ensure accuracy
  • Early access to product data: Datasheets for upcoming models
  • Firmware update details: When capabilities change
  • Correction requests: If our database has errors

We do not accept:

  • Paid placements or featured listings
  • Requests to remove or hide negative specifications
  • Marketing copy or promotional language

Our database presents all robots identically using objective specifications.

Social Media

We currently do not maintain social media accounts. All official communication occurs via email to maintain proper documentation and reduce noise.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer phone support?

No. Email-only contact ensures we have written records of all specification corrections and data submissions.

Can you recommend which robot to buy?

We provide objective data and constraint-based buying guides, but we don't offer personalized buying advice. Use our Best For guides to filter by your specific needs.

Do you accept product samples for testing?

No. We build our database from publicly available specifications, not hands-on testing. This approach allows us to scale to 50+ robots without testing bias.

How do I report a bug on the website?

Email us with the page URL, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots help but aren't required.

Can I license your robot database?

Possibly. Email with your use case and we can discuss data licensing arrangements.

Thank You
